Returns & Refunds policy
Thank you for supporting my small independent bookstore! I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because I am a small operation, I handle returns personally to ensure everything is resolved quickly and fairly.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return Please email me at the filidh (at) gmail dot com with your order number and the reason for the return. I will provide you with the address to ship the book back.
Shipping Costs
Changed Mind: If you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once I receive the book, I will refund the full price of the book (excluding original shipping costs).
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If I made a mistake or the book arrived damaged, please send me a photo. I will cover the return shipping and send you a full refund or a replacement.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days

Shipping Policy
Processing Time Since I handle all orders personally, please allow 1–3 business days for me to pack and ship your order. If you need a book urgently, please contact me before buying, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates I typically ship via USPS Media Mail to keep costs low for you.
Standard Shipping (Media Mail): usually arrives in 2–8 business days.
Expedited Shipping (Priority Mail): available upon request for an additional fee.
How I Pack Your Books As a book lover, I know how disappointing it is to receive a damaged book. I pack every order personally with care. Your book will be protected against moisture and bumped corners during transit, ensuring it arrives in the same condition it left my shelf.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
